General Rules

• Check-in time: 12:00 PM
• Check-out time: 10:00 AM
• Only registered guests are permitted inside guest rooms; visitors are not allowed in guest rooms.
• Valid government-issued ID proof is mandatory at check-in.
• Accepted documents include Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport, and Voter ID. PAN Card is not accepted as valid ID proof.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.
• Pets are not permitted inside the hotel premises.

Payment & Refunds

• Room availability and final confirmation are subject to hotel approval.
• Reservation requests may be made through the hotel's direct booking process using the available payment option.
• Pay at Hotel reservations remain subject to room availability and hotel confirmation.
• For prepaid bookings, the reservation is confirmed only after successful payment verification and hotel confirmation.
• Confirmed room bookings are strictly non-refundable, except where a specific applicable booking term or hotel-initiated resolution provides otherwise.
• No refund will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, early check-outs, or booking modifications of confirmed bookings, except where applicable terms provide otherwise.

Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
• Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.
• Use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs or narcotics is strictly prohibited.
• Please maintain peace and avoid loud noise inside hotel premises.
• Using the hotel facilities implies acceptance of these rules and terms.
• By completing a booking, guests agree to all applicable hotel policies, rules, and terms mentioned on the website.

Hotel Rights

• Hotel management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest violating the rules.
• The hotel may update these terms and policies from time to time. Changes will generally apply to future bookings and website use, unless otherwise required by law.
• Parking vehicles is entirely at the owner's risk.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from bookings or hotel services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Sonipat, Haryana, India.

Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Applicable taxes are extra.
• The current direct-booking room rates are ₹1,499 per night for a King Room and ₹2,999 per night for a King Room with Spa Bath.
• Hotel Sahajtam Inn reserves the right to change pricing, discounts, or promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

Payment

• Direct bookings may be submitted using the payment option available for the selected reservation.
• Prepaid bookings are confirmed only after successful payment verification and hotel confirmation.
• Pay at Hotel reservations do not require advance payment through the website but remain subject to hotel availability and confirmation.
• In case of a failed online payment transaction, guests may retry the payment or contact the hotel for assistance.

Use of Website

• You agree not to misuse this website or its services.
• Prohibited activities include hacking, unauthorized access, spreading malware or viruses, spamming, or any fraudulent activity.
• Any violation may result in immediate termination of access and legal action under applicable laws.
